I'm really happy with all of my classes right now. Right now I'm taking three undergrad classes on campus from the special ed department and one grad class from it. I'm pretty sure one of my teachers is younger than I am--she mentioned she knocked off her BA and M.Ed in five years and its her first year at the university. If she started college at 18 and started working immediately after graduating, she definitely could be. She looks like it, which made me feel stupid at first. I told Jake there should be a rule that adjuncts shouldn't be younger than 25 so that non-traditional students don't feel stupid about themselves. He told me I'm not a non-traditional student, and I guess I'm technically not because I think you have to be 25 or older, take undergrad classes, and don't already have a bachelor's degree to be considered one. And I have mine, but still, it's not something that I really think about and it doesn't help me in what I'm doing now, so it's not like it even exists.
I like my teachers a lot. They are helpful and nice. My grad class is a breeze, not like the classes in my program. I'm not sure if that's because its online or because of something else. My first class in my program starts in the middle of February. After I finish that class, I have two in the summer and one in the fall and then I write my thesis.
And check out what I knocked off the other night in this cake decorating class I've been taking:
