For the last couple of years I've rushed off to Target on the morning of November 7th to buy Halloween costumes for the kids I know from a refugee resettlement agency I used to work at. This last year, I got 700 dollars worth of costumes and other miscellaneous items for 70 bucks.
Its funny because it doesn't look like its 700 dollars worth of stuff in the pictures. Seventy dollars is what I think this stuff is actually worth :P
I checked out what Target had to offer earlier today. Tons of wrapping paper and gift bags. Great time to buy stuff for next year.
