I swore to myself to never give into Instagram, this iPhone app that lets you apply lomography filters to digital pictures. But then I saw the pictures Jordan Ferney's husband Paul took using the app and caved.
Film is expensive. A roll costs me around 10 dollars (12-16 shots). It costs about another 10 to process and print it. It takes two-three weeks for the prints to come back after I send them in because they have to be sent out of state. And I can't really share them online since I don't have access to a scanner. I'm not giving up on lomography, I'm just caving in to cheater filters because when it comes down to it, they look pretty cool and are so much cheaper and easier to use.
